Ashwathi Pillai, born in the year 2000 is one of the promising young Swedish women badminton player. She specializes in the singles category. She has at an early age shown signs of promise by wining the national championships in Under 13, Under 15 & Under 17

At the age of 17 as a junior , Ashwathi won the Senior National Championship in 2018. Ashwathi is part of the Swedish Olympic program for youth. In 2018 October she will represent Sweden in the Youth Olympic games in Benous Aires, Argentina. Ashwathi is one of the hard working athlete with a high amount of dedication and energy.
